The contractor shall remove spent media, prepare filter, and supply and install for service virgin Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) for use as filter media in a potable water treatment plant. The Contractor will provide all associated work, materials, and equipment to accomplish this service. The contract period shall begin July 1, 2025 and continue through June 30, 2026.
