Ffy25 nonprofit security grant program (nsgp) is made available from the dhs/fema (funding opportunity number: dhs-25-gpd-008-00-99 and assistance listing number: 97. 008). Nsgp funds are intended to improve the physical/cybersecurity and facility/target hardening of nonprofit organizations at risk of a terrorist of other extremist attack, ultimately safeguarding the lives and property of the american people. All funded projects must be for the purpose of enhancing the security and safety at the physical site of the nonprofit organization. These funds also aim to integrate nonprofits preparedness activities with broader state and local preparedness efforts

Conduct a campus security and safety assessment. Scope of work consists of: Identifying gaps and deficiencies in policy, training, procedure and practice. Evaluating physical factors that contribute to security and safety risks. Develop an action plan through which revisions can be made to campus policy, procedure, and practice that will improve the overall security and safety for students, employees and visitors.
