Camp Swift Bldg. 232 Foundation Repairs - (RFP)

Description: The project includes, but is not limited to, the execution of construction services to provide a structurally sound repair of the existing barracks foundation that provides a structure available for follow on use. The project will provide at minimum a structurally sound foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof assembly that is watertight, along with rough and fine grading within a five (5) foot perimeter of the building for positive drainage away from the building. Bermuda sod shall be placed at all disturbed soils and maintained until established to prevent erosion.
