Camp Murray - Building 17 & 18 HVAC Upgrades

Description: Provide a complete and usable HVAC replacement project. The work comprises removing existing split system heat pump air handlers and associated controls from buildings 17 and 18 and replacing with VRF systems. Building 17 VRF consists of ceiling cassettes paired with Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV) and associated electric duct heaters. Building 18 VRF consists of multi-position air handlers. Work includes concrete housekeeping pads, remove and reinstall existing pull down ladder and exterior louver, condensate piping, test and balance, DDC controls, and electrical.
