Includes cleaning and preparing the existing roof and installing a mechanically fastened 60-mil pvc felt-backed roofing membrane system over the existing roofing system and parapet walls, including removal and reinstallation of the parapet ridge tiles, roofing flashings and accessories, walk tread at HVAC access points, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and watertight roofing system.
