Description: This active Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a total small-business-set-aside RFP (W519TC-26-R-RASP) for a no-cost, multi-award Basic Ordering Agreement supporting CAAA's recurring sustainment supply needs. Qualified offerors must show technical capability and past performance in at least one category, with products spanning machined and fabricated metal parts, plastics, wooden containers, chemicals, paints, hardware, and other Class IX sustainment products; future orders will be competitive firm-fixed-price orders. The master BOA qualification submission is due October 26, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CDT, and the notice is scheduled to become inactive November 10, 2026.

Cambridge Affordable Housing Corporation (CAHC), Essex Street Management, Inc. (ESMI), and Kennedy Management Inc. (KMI), collectively the Affiliates of the Cambridge Housing Authority, are accepting proposals for the acquisition of properties and parcels in Cambridge, Massachusetts and surrounding communities within fifty miles of Cambridge to develop and/or preserve affordable housing. The Affiliates will prioritize proposals for two-bedroom and larger units suitable for families, and also seek properties that could be expanded for new affordable housing development or specialized uses such as permanent supportive or temporary housing. Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis and considered no later than 12:00 PM on every Friday from May 1, 2026 through April 28, 2028, with CHA reserving the right to select which Affiliate entity will proceed with any acquisition.
