Description: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a sole-source cooperative agreement to the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, for long-term curation of federally owned archaeological collections recovered from Reclamation projects in Oklahoma. Services include annual inventories, cataloging, facility compliance, and secure, environmentally appropriate storage consistent with federal regulations and DOI museum standards. The period of performance is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with option years through September 30, 2031, and responses are due September 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
