C1DA--A/E Services Renovate Outpatient Clinics to PACT Project Number: 662-25-105 RFP

Description: Provide A/E design services to renovate 13,750 SF of existing Outpatient Mental Health, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and VA Police Service space into a modern Hemodialysis Clinic and Women's Clinic plus renovated police and specialty care areas. The disciplines required include, but are not limited to: Architectural, Civil, Interior Design, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Construction Cost Estimating, Signage/Wayfinding, Landscaping and Geotechnical.
