Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with qualified fuel suppliers to provide reliable, on-demand transport delivery of bulk fuel specifically Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and Unleaded Gasoline to Trinity Metro's facility located at 1601 E. El Paso, Fort Worth, TX. The resulting agreement will utilize a fixed-margin pricing structure from the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) Fort Worth, Texas rack/shelf price to ensure continuous operational readiness for Trinity Metro’s fleet while maintaining transparent, competitive fuel costs.
