Building Code Compliance and Enforcement Consulting Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: To assist the city in the implementation of tasks associated with development and redevelopment of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use buildings and reconstruction of existing facilities. Code Enforcement consulting services are required for plan review, building permit inspections in support of city issuance of certificates of occupancy (CO) or certificates of completion. Work will include, but not be limited to, review of plans confirming all applicable code compliance, enforcement, and reporting requirements in conformance with applicable provisions of New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
