Description: Removal of approx. sixty (60) linear feet of six (6) inch by eight (8) inch concrete curb and the installation of one hundred seventy (170) linear feet of new six (6) inch curb along side one hundred seventy (170) linear feet of new three foot (3’) tall black fencing, as well as the removal of eighteen hundred (1800) square feet of grass, the installation of approximately fifty five (55) cubic yards of new tanbark, two (2) new benches, one (1) shade structure and two new playground structures (one large one small as described in the project documents) to be coordinated with city staff (includes all required foundation, grading and other required earthwork).
