Building 7020 Renovation

Description: Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolition of existing site and building components to accommodate new floor plan. Hazardous materials abatement. Site civil - new concrete pad for driveway. New accessible parking, new accessible path of travel and new utilities to accommodate the program. Structural - new foundations, shear walls, new wall framing and repair work. Architectural: construction of new walls, doors, windows, roofing system, exterior siding, interior floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Accessibility upgrades. Mechanical - new mechanical system with controls. Electrical - new electrical components and light fixtures to accommodate new floor plan and building program. Fire alarm - this work requires a deferred submittal. Contractor to submit drawings for cmd approval.
