Building 601 Paving MEP Lot *SOURCES SOUGHT*

Description: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the proposed project of removal and reinstallation of all catch basins and gate boxes prior to reclamation, bituminous concrete pavement reclamation, fine grading, compaction, paving the B601 motor pool with MassDOT spec SUPERPAVE binder and wearing course. A site visit is STRONGLY recommended. All measurements are considered approximate any survey work needed for the proper completion of this project shall be the responsibility of the contractor and not that of the Federal Government. Field verification of the existing conditions and measurements is recommended for potential bidders before the submission of a bid. See attached file.
