Maintenance services shall consist of the removal of undesirable vegetation and debris from within and along canal banks. Removal of aquatic weeds and debris prevents obstruction of the flow of water in the canals, which are a critical component of the removal of storm water from the airports. Services may also include the replacement of canal gates on an as-needed basis.
