Brownfields Consulting Engineer (Request For Proposal)

Description: Serve as Consulting Engineer for the Mayor and Common Council for the City of Salem, and its Brownfield Development Area ("BDA") Steering Committee. Attend meetings with the City Council, City Officials or Mayor, and BDA Steering Committee as requested.Interface with City Clerk/Administrator on a daily basis to track and/or administer all BDA projects. Assists in fulfilling all obligations under the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection ("NJDEP") and the City regarding the BDA. Provides engineering, consulting and oversight for BDA projects.
