Summary
Provide a brief statement of what the government expects to accomplish under the contract-the breadth and limitations of the contract effort. It should not include specific work tasks or a description of deliverable products. Tasks: sometimes identified as requirements or work requirements , this section defines the specific tasks that the contractor must complete during contract performance and should describe requirements in terms of results required rather than the methods for completing the work. The specific tasks must provide the specific performance attributes that define success, such as minimum performance thresholds, form/fit/function characteristics, quality control requirements and/or other objective measurements defining successful task performance. Other items to consider include but are not limited to: Specify requirements clearly so that all readers can understand them.
