The building ground floor area is approximately 6,085 SF and the storage mezzanine is approximately 1,475 SF. The building contains a single user restroom. The building partially heated only. The project includes extension of utilities to the building location and construction of concrete vehicle aprons. The work will include the earthwork, concrete foundation, concrete flatwork, exterior and interior building construction, and utility extensions

Providing all water treatment services for systems located throughout the nmt campus. Water treatment services shall include, but are not limited to: treatment and testing of hvac cooling towers and closed-loop systems; maintenance of chemical-feed equipment; handling and delivery of all chemical products to the point of use; proper disposal of all chemical containers; quarterly testing of closed-loop systems, or more frequently when a leak occurs; and weekly testing of cooling towers during the months in which the cooling towers are operational.
