BPR Tennis and Pickleball Provider (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide comprehensive management, operations, and programming services; selected proposer will oversee facility operations; develop and deliver year-round recreational programming for youth and adults; coordinate leagues, private and group lessons, camps, tournaments, and special events; and collaborate with parks and recreation staff to enhance community engagement and participation. Services include staffing, facility oversight, program planning, promotional activities, and support for city and third-party events. The selected proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, civil rights laws, and americans with disabilities act (ADA) requirements, while maintaining a commitment to inclusive, equitable, and accessible programming.
