Heritage College, a CEGEP located in Gatineau, Quebec, is soliciting competitive bids for housekeeping and cleaning services ('Service d'Entretien Ménager') to be performed at its institutional campus. The contractor will provide qualified cleaning staff working shifts of 38.75 hours per week beginning at 16:00, assigned to sectors covering classrooms, washrooms/showers, offices, corridors and specialized rooms. The work consists of approximately 50% heavy cleaning and 50% light cleaning covering an average area of about 1,800 m² per worker, with replacement personnel required at all times. The initial contract term is 36 months beginning in September 2025, with renewal options extending the total term to a maximum of 60 months.

Reconstruct 8 miles of maintenance level (ml)-2 roads, and place gravel on 14.3 miles of ml-3 roads to include reconditioning/reconstruction of roadbeds, roadways, and drainage features by placing approx. 1,400 tons of forest service (FS) specified aggregate, 500 tons of earthen backfill, 20 tons of rip rap, cattleguard installation and maintenance, construction/reconstruction of drainage dips, removing/replacing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts, and other associated items.
