Scope of work includes - Protection of existing pavement, concrete, curbs, drainage structures, utilities, buildings, fences, and other adjacent improvements. Removal or cold milling of approx. 4" of existing asphalt pavement. Loading, transportation, and disposal or recycling of removed asphalt materials. Work includes 1 SF pressure clean entire court surface; 1 SF remove/repair/replace damaged asphalt area; 1 SF remove/repair/replace damaged concrete area; 1 LF patch all cracks with court patch binder; 1 SF flood court; patch and level all areas lower than 1/16"; 1 LF cut out and patch root intrusions; 1 sf apply concrete primer (concrete courts only); 1 SF resurface court using acrylic court resurfacing material applied at manufacturers recommended rate of coverage ; 1 SF apply fiberglass membrane patches over large cracks and repairs; 1 SF color coat resurfacing, first coat applied at manufacturers recommended rate of coverage.
