Body-Worn Camera Solution - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The Contractor shall furnish commercially available, Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant BWC hardware meeting all technical, durability, recording, storage, battery, activation, and integration requirements identified in Section C (Statement of Work). Supplies and services include, but are not limited to: BWC devices; Magnetic mounts, cables, docking stations, chargers, and related accessories; Required software licenses and cloud solution access for evidence upload, storage, retention, redaction, chain of custody, administrative controls, and reporting; Unlimited cloud storage meeting, at minimum, FedRAMP Moderate Authorization requirements and suitable for obtaining an agency Authority to Operate (ATO); Comprehensive warranty coverage for hardware, software, accessories, and components, to include no cost firmware/software updates during the support period; Training (including Train the Trainer), implementation, maintenance, and technical support services; Technology refresh.
