Village of Granville

Miscellaneous repairs and improvements at the owner's wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The project will include the following: given a 30-day notice, the village will drain and hose clean the tankage in its entirety. Once the tank is drained, the contractor shall re-coat portions of the interior walls and hardware of the tanks. The aeration system will be reconfigured, and new diffusers will be installed with new air piping around the circumference of the tanks. The owner will provide de-watering to prevent flotation, then drain and hose clean the tankage. All in-coming wastewater will be diverted by the owner into the adjacent lagoon. The owner will provide the de-watering and wastewater diversion for the duration of the project with the tank drained, the contractor shall re-coat portions of the interior walls of the tanks. The aeration system will be reconfigured, and new diffusers will be installed with new air piping around the circumference of the tanks. Miscellaneous repairs will also be performed.
