Blanket Purchase Agreement for Base Linen and Dry-Cleaning Services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) RFP

Description: Bulk laundry operations: weighing & veri ication: all bulk laundry shall be weighed prior to pick-up. Contractor personnel shall verify the bulk weight at the time of pick-up. A signed receipt by both parties constitutes formal agreement on the recorded weight. Method of inish speci ied in exhibit 3 schedule: pick-up and delivery shall occur on weekdays (monday through friday) at building 258, area a, between the hours of 6:30 am and 8:00 am. Turnaround: standard bulk laundry requires a two (2) workday turnaround (e. G. , items picked up monday must be returned wednesday; items picked up friday must be returned tuesday). See exhibit 2 weight variance: the variance in returned dry bulk weight shall not exceed 12% of the recorded pick-up weight, calculated on a monthly average. Re-performance: any bulk laundry requiring re-laundering due to poor quality shall be returned within 48 hours at no additional cost to the government.
