OJP provides federal leadership, funding, and other critical resources to directly support law enforcement, combat violent crime, protect American children, provide services to American crime victims, and address public safety challenges, including human trafficking and the opioid crisis. This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY2025/2026 Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Formula Grant Program. This opportunity provides combined FY 2025 and FY 2026 appropriations to support comprehensive violent crime reduction strategies coordinated by the U.S. Attorney’s Offices (USAOs) in the 94 federal judicial districts throughout the 50 states and the U.S. territories.

The Town of Winterport, Maine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for its FY 2027 Annual Road Paving Program, which consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to place a Lightly Compacted Pavement (LCP), commonly known as Maintenance Mix or Skinny Mix, on approximately six miles of town roadways. Bids must be submitted to the Winterport Town Office at 44 Main Street and will be opened and recorded at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, with the Town Council anticipated to consider award at its August 18, 2026 meeting. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and otherwise act in the best interests of the municipality.
