Description: The project is anticipated to include: Renovation of the basement, first floor, and second floor; renovation and replacement of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, natural gas, and information technology infrastructure; construction of an exterior elevator shaft and installation of an accessible elevator; masonry, sidewalk, curb, paving, and other related site improvements; construction materials and equipment; furniture, computers, monitors, and other general office equipment; software and software licensing; construction inspection and project oversight; other work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the AMLER Memorandum of Agreement and all applicable federal and state requirements.
