Description: The City of Minneapolis is seeking a contractor to inspect, provide preventive maintenance for, and repair approximately 600 HVAC units across 70 facilities owned by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. Work includes routine inspections at three service levels, emergency call-outs during business hours, after hours, and holidays, electronic reporting, and inventory for newly built sites. The contract has a one-year base term with two optional one-year extensions and requires prevailing-wage compliance, a 5% bid deposit, and a performance bond equal to the contract amount.
