Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after in the Town Council Chambers. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Burrillville Town Hall, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, Rhode Island, during regular business hours, or online at the Burrillville bids page. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held on Thursday, November 12, at 10:00 am at the Project Site located at 80 Howard Avenue, Pascoag, RI. The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in the bids received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the bid that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville.
