The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has issued this commercial Request for Quote, not a grant program, to procure cobalt printing ink drier for its currency and security-document printing operations. The requirement is for 4,400 pounds of Borchers 5.6% Cobalt Lin-All PI Drier in 55-gallon, 440-pound drums, with no substitutions permitted and a Certificate of Analysis required for each lot. Firm-fixed-price quotes are due by September 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EDT, with delivery to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
