Bello Reservoir Liner and Cover Replacement Project

Description: The project consists of removal and disposal of the existing floating cover system; cleaning and preparation of the exposed concrete reservoir surfaces; minor concrete crack and construction joint repairs; removal and replacement of the existing 12-inch reservoir fill pipe and fittings with new C900 PVC pipe and fittings; furnishing and installation of a new reservoir liner system, conductive underlayment, and floating flexible membrane cover system; liner leak testing; disinfection; and all incidental and appurtenant work required for a complete installation. The replacement floating cover system shall be installed generally in kind with the Layfield Shop Drawings document included as Attachment A, except as modified by the current Contract Documents. The 2010 Bello Reservoir Floating Flexible Membrane Project drawings included as Attachment B, are provided for reference to the reservoir's interior piping and tank geometry only and do not reflect the current cover configuration.
