BD Auto Notify voice and text messaging subscription service

Description: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Parata Systems, LLC for BD AutoNotify voice and text messaging subscription service. The service interfaces with the government-owned proprietary BD IntelliCab Will Call system at the USAF 60th Medical Group Main Pharmacy at David Grant USAF Medical Center, Travis AFB, to send automated voice or text alerts when prescriptions are ready, and includes non-personal services, subscriptions, maintenance, and technical support. This active Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations by August 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
