Description: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), Office of Leasing, is soliciting proposals on behalf of Bristol Community College to lease approximately 14,400 square feet of usable area (with a flexible range of 13,500 to 17,000 square feet) of classroom, laboratory, and office space in Taunton, Massachusetts for a ten-year term. The leased premises will house Bristol Community College's Associate Degree and Certificate programs as well as its Center for Workforce and Community Education, Personal Enrichment, and Adult Education and Workplace Literacy programs, and is expected to receive approximately 300 visitors per day. The bid opening is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, with proposals to be submitted electronically through the COMMBUYS portal.
