Bayou Bend Hospital Lab Renovation

Description: Lab renovation is within an existing hospital building including 1) the demolition of the existing physical therapy area and the construction of a new laboratory and 2) the demolition of the existing laboratory area and the construction of the new physical therapy area. Minor electrical and plumbing work will be included as incidental to the limited architectural scope of work. Exterior building improvement so r site work is not included as part of the project. Interior materials include but are not limited to painted gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceiling tiles, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile, rubber floor, and base, wall coverings, and millwork. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to accommodate scope of work.
