Modifications to the existing Lift Station Building such as heating and ventilation equipment replacement, blower and blower piping removal, electrical equipment removals, removal of process piping and pumps, providing new process piping and pumps, water piping, water fill station, heating and ventilation, electrical, and wetwell modifications. Provide a new screen and grit building complete and generally including new screen and grit removal equipment and all earthwork, structural, architectural, mechanical and plumbing, electrical and controls, process, and appurtenant work.
