The Commonwealth of Virginia’s Office of the Attorney General is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and its client agencies and institutions on bankruptcy and related legal matters. Services may include legal advice, representation, and counsel concerning bankruptcy cases and other matters arising in the Commonwealth’s public business. Proposals must be submitted through the designated response system, and the OAG will evaluate submissions using a weighted scoring method covering qualifications, conflicts, pricing, cybersecurity, and related criteria.
