PWC Geneva Concrete Replacement and Drainage Install (Request for Quote)
Work includes removal, and disposal of existing broken concrete. All debris will be hauled off. Place a park bench on each side of building and secure with concrete. Excavate area as required for proper base. Haul in and install premium fill #57 limestone. Excavate from building to the lake (prevent water from flowing towards building). Set forms to height, slope and elevation. Place 6" drain outside of forms. Lay 100 feet of 4" pipe. Drill holes for doll rods. Place doll rods and rebar for reinforcement. Use rubber expansion around building to prevent concrete adhering to building. Pour 6 1/2 concrete.
