To install a new parallel fire alarm system in accordance with current nfpa and va requirements and then once the new system is accepted remove the existing system and repair all walls, ceilings and equipment, etc. As necessary. This includes all new conduits and boxes, fiber optics, wiring, devices, control panels, annunciators, etc. Temporarily mount the new panels and annunciators above the existing so the new system can be tested for full and proper operation while the existing system remains operational. The intent of this project is to install a new parallel fire alarm system in accordance with current NFPA and VA requirements and then once the new system is accepted remove the existing system and repair all walls, ceilings and equipment, etc. as necessary.
