Work to be completed: demo cabinets. Head off electrical and plumbing in demo areas. Frame 50 feet of walls. Add 3 solid doors with hardware. Add electrical and data stubs where needed. Move old electrical down the walls. HVAC mini split with 3 heads and a dehumidifier piped out of the building. Change out lights from 2x4 to 2x2. Add ceiling tile as needed. Replace carpet squares as needed (supplied by boe). Insulate walls with sound batt insulation. Drywall new walls with 5/8 drywall, finish and paint. Trim as needed, paint entire rooms, remove all waste from job.
