B27_2027 SMART SCALE - PARK AND RIDE LOT IMPROVEMENTS

Description: Under IFB-129942, VDOT is seeking prequalified contractors for improvements to the Route 257 (Friedens Church Road) Park and Ride in Rockingham County, near Interstate 81 Exit 240. The project includes an adjacent lot with 50 additional parking spaces, a pedestrian crossing, new lighting, landscaping and signage, and drainage improvements and resurfacing for the existing lot. It also includes ADA-compliant sidewalks, a bus shelter and drop-off area, and bike racks.
