Web-Based Docket Management System for a Period of up to Three Years - (Request for Proposals)
Requirements for a web-based case and calendaring system that will enable the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Law Department to match its case numbers with both the federal and state courts in Northern Illinois and identify and track any lawsuit filed against or on behalf of the CTA and any of its top management team. The system will provide access to up to 75 individuals. In addition, the system will allow the users to docket other legal matters not handled through the court system, such as those for depositions, deadlines, union arbitrations, real estate, and contracts.
