B21 Low Observable/Radio Frequency Hanger (LO/RF) RFP

Description: This active Special Notice seeks industry feedback on the feasibility and business approach for an Other Transaction supporting construction of a new B-21 Low Observable Corrosion Control Hangar and Radio Frequency Facility. The planned project includes approximately 95,529 square feet of secure hangar facilities with associated utilities, fire protection, climate control, backup power, RF shielding, site preparation, and cybersecurity requirements. This is market research and OT feasibility feedback rather than a grant program or a formal request for proposals.
