Description: NSN 5998-01-228-5360, P/N 377-11736-605, Azimuth Circuit Card Assembly (CCA). The Azimuth Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) is designated as the A1 assembly within the Azimuth Data Conversion unit (NHA: 377-11730) of the B-52G/H Strategic Radar System (AN/APQ-166). The Azimuth CCA performs critical signal processing and conversion tasks for the antenna subsystem's azimuth scanning functions. Key Physical and Technical Characteristics: Board Architecture: Multi-layer Printed Wiring Board (PWB) utilizing high-density dual-in-line packaging (DIP) integrated circuits, precision discrete resistors, capacitors, operational amplifiers, line drivers/receivers, and logic arrays. Structural Elements: Incorporates a dedicated board stiffener (P/N 377-11708-2) to prevent structural deflection and vibration damage in strategic environments. See attached file.
