J065--NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO HOLOGIC SALES AND SERVICE, LLC FOR REPAIR OF A HOLOGIC MINI C-ARM - BALTIMORE VA MEDICAL CENTER
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, issued a notice of intent to sole-source a one-time repair of a Hologic Mini C-Arm at the Baltimore VA Medical Center because Hologic is identified as the only vendor capable of OEM-standard repairs. The contractor must restore the obstructed display by supplying all required parts, labor, travel, tools, testing equipment, and incidental support. Responses are for market research to determine whether competition is feasible, and submissions with business, socioeconomic, contact, capability, experience, vehicle, licensing, and subcontracting information are due to Bill Pratt by the stated deadline.
