AV For You

Description: This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into agreement with AV For You who will provide audio, video, and internet streaming services with closed captioning for our Veteran’s Day Event on November 11th, 2026. AV For You services are critical in providing the audio and visual support for this annual Veteran’s Day Event. Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs has determined that AV For You is the only local business reasonably available to provide support for a large event. This is deemed a single source purchase because AV For You can provide audio, video, and internet streaming services with closed captioning necessary to meet our needs. We have not found this available from other local vendors in the area. If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, contact Anne Sonnee at Anne.Sonnee@state.mn.us before 10/21/2026, at 3:00PM Central Time. Include the reference number and title of the posting in the subject line. Or you may call the HelpLine at 651.296.2600 (MN Relay Service for persons with speech or hearing disabilities: 711 or 1.800.627.3529) or fax your request to 651.297.3996, ATTN: HelpLine. \[Partial description.
