Automated Meter Reading Project RFP

Description: The District desires to advance and update the utility infrastructure to provide more detailed usage data to customers, advance notification of leaks, and improve operational performance in the non-revenue water, and meter data management. The project will consist of removing all existing ", 1", and 2" bronze bodied mechanical meters and replacing them with new solid-state meters; developing a cellular communication system for monthly billing, and customer interface for daily flow data; providing staff training, and continuing customer service.
