Auctioneering Services for Sale of Various Types of Real Property (Request for Qualifications)

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners and the Ocean County Parks Department are soliciting qualifications from vendors to provide auctioneering services to facilitate sale of various types of real property (including preserved farmland) throughout Ocean County. The contract is intended as a one-year term from date of award and requires a minimum of two years’ experience providing similar services to New Jersey government agencies. Proposals are to be submitted electronically through the County procurement portal and the RFQ specifies a sealed bid/receipt process with a firm submission deadline.
