The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Enterprise Dredge Delivery Center requires maintenance dredging of Jacksonville Harbor’s federal channel, using hopper, pipeline, and/or mechanical dredges and placing material at Bartram Island Cell F or Jacksonville ODMDS Release Zone C1. The work has a firm-fixed-price base period and five options; the notice says the solicitation is expected to be available on or about November 2, 2026, with the bid opening date to be specified when it is issued. The active SAM.gov notice lists an original response date of December 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST.

The work consists principally of providing bonds, plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the lower harbor odmds dredging. The scope of work performed will include dredging to a depth of -50 feet (-54 with maintenance and allowable ovedredging). The location of this work is at the port authority (apa) lower harbor. All dredging will be performed, confirmed, and paid as per high frequency, third-party, hydrographic surveying, west zone nad 83 at mllw. This work will consist of dredging approx. 235,000 CY of material at a performance rate of 12,000 CY per day. This specific volume of material is not a guarantee of the amount of contractual work; this is only a basis for bid evaluation.
