Although tracked as separate task orders, the District strongly prefers a single CM/GC firm to handle both projects to ensure coordination and efficiency. Proposals are due by September 2, 2026, under solicitation number MTOID03-2026, and a mandatory pre-proposal meeting plus site tour is scheduled for August 13, 2026 in Salt Lake City.
