Description: Seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors. Project consists of a new 13,000 SF station. The station will consist of a two-level structure for the station’s admin, sleeping quarters, kitchen, and locker rooms, and 2.5 bays for apparatus and turnout gear. Photovoltaic and other sustainability elements are incorporated for a LEED Gold certification.
