Ascend704 Managed Network & NOC RFP

Description: South Piedmont Community College is soliciting proposals for a fully managed Network Operations Center as a Service for the new Ascend704 Entrepreneurship Center. The selected vendor will design, procure, install, configure, monitor, support, maintain, and manage the lifecycle of an enterprise-grade wired and wireless network serving multiple tenants and shared spaces. The solution must include secure multi-tenant segmentation, enterprise wireless coverage, dedicated internet, security infrastructure, 24/7 monitoring and support, service-level agreements, and accessibility-compliant documentation.
