Description: FEMA Region 6 is conducting market research and acquisition planning for a contemplated Asbestos Abatement Blanket Purchase Agreement at its facility in Denton, Texas. The contemplated BPA may cover routine, planned, urgent, and emergency asbestos abatement services, including material removal, containment, HEPA filtration, decontamination, waste disposal, regulatory notifications, and related support. Interested firms must register by September 1, 2026, to attend a pre-award site visit scheduled for September 2, 2026; this is a presolicitation market-research effort and not a grant program.
